Daniel Sheppard brings to the company over 35 years experience in the construction industry, with a degree in Architectural Construction and Design and since 1980 a Class "A" General Contractors License.

Daniel has completed numerous continuing education courses and seminars through the years such as, Blue print reading, estimating, project management, and project scheduling, etc. In addition, Daniel has the experience in the major sectors of the construction industry such as, Residential home building, Multi-family projects, Subdivision site development, Professional & medical offices, Tenant build outs and Steel building construction.

With Daniel's experience and ability in these aspects of the construction industry, he is the driving force behind Daniel Sheppard Contracting, Inc.

Daniel Sheppard Contracting is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Builders Trade Association, The Tampa Bay Builders Association and is affiliated with Florida and National Home Builders Association.
